Maya ECR Activation

Allow the cashier to send the payable amount from Clibase POS to the Maya Terminal for faster, cleaner card/QR transactions.

1) Admin Portal: Turn ON Maya Terminal Payment (POS Settings)

  1. Go to POS Settings → Payment Settings

  2. Find “Enable Maya Terminal Payment?”

  3. Switch it to YES / ON (green)

2) POS Application: Verify the “Maya Terminal Payment” button appears

  1. Proceed to checkout / payment screen

  2. Look for the “MAYA TERMINAL PAYMENT” button (bottom area of payment screen)

✅ If enabled correctly, this button is visible and clickable.

3) Open Maya Terminal Payment window & choose payment type

  1. Click MAYA TERMINAL PAYMENT

  2. A pop-up window appears showing Maya Terminal Activity Log

  3. Select:

    • Payment Type: QR Code (scan) or Card (Credit/Debit) (swipe/tap/insert depending on terminal)

  4. Confirm the Amount to Pay is correct.

✅ The log window is where the cashier monitors the request status.

4) Send the amount to the Maya Terminal

  • Click SEND AMOUNT TO MAYA TERMINAL

⏳ The screen will advise to wait (up to ~30 seconds) while the terminal processes the request.

5) Confirm the amount appears on the Maya Terminal

✅ Success indicator:

  • The exact amount is displayed on the Maya Terminal.

  • Cashier proceeds with customer payment on the terminal (scan or card).

Quick tips / common checks

  • Button not showing? Re-check Step 1 (Enable Maya Terminal Payment = ON), then refresh/reopen the payment screen.

  • Wrong amount? Ensure the selected invoice is correct, no pending discounts/changes, and the correct payment flow is used (especially for partial payments if enabled).

  • No response / timeout? Check if the integration service is running on the PC (Clibase-Maya-ECR-Integration service) and the terminal/network connection is stable.


Example scenario (cashier flow)

Customer total due: ₱160.00

  1. Cashier clicks Maya Terminal Payment

  2. Selects Card (Credit/Debit)

  3. Amount shows 160.00

  4. Clicks Send Amount to Maya Terminal

  5. Maya Terminal displays ₱160.00 → customer taps/inserts/swipes → payment completes.
