Remote Assistance for Printing PTU
Objective: Assist the client in printing the Permit to Use (PTU) remotely after receiving BIR approval.
Step 1: Check Printer Connection
Instruct the client to ensure the device is connected to a printer.
Confirm the printer has the correct paper size and is powered on.
Ask the client for their AnyDesk address to start the remote session.
Ensure the client’s device is connected to the internet and ready for remote control.
Android devices: Open the BIR POS Registration link in Mozilla Firefox: https://eaccreg.bir.gov.ph/ACCREG/login.htmlarrow-up-right
iOS devices: Open the same link in Safari.
Set dropdown menus:
In the BIR portal, turn all dropdowns to “ALL” to display all relevant entries.
Locate PTU:
Double-click the PTU number until the Permit to Use (PTU) document pops up.
Print PTU:
Ensure the correct printer is selected.
Confirm the paper size and print quality before printing.
💡 Tip: Always check that the printout is complete and legible before ending the remote session.
