📱 Installing Clibase Utility & POS V3 – Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Download the Files

  1. From the driver, copy the link 2026-01-APK-V3-UTILITY.

  2. Paste the link on the client’s device browser and download the files individually:

    • Clibase Utility.apk

    • POS V3.apk

  3. Make sure both downloads are successful before proceeding.

  4. Make sure that all permissions to both Clibase Utility.apk and POS V3.apk are enable.

  5. Copy POS link and paste to POS V3.apk then Save.

2️⃣ Open the Clibase Utility App

  1. Launch the Clibase Utility App on the device.

  2. Add the printers needed, for example:

    • POS Primary Receipt Printer

    • Kitchen Printer

    • Bar Printer

  3. Make sure the printer name and IP address are correct before saving.

3️⃣ Test the Printers

  1. Perform a test print.

  2. Reprint previous transactions to ensure all printers are working correctly.

4️⃣ Uninstall Old Apps

  1. If all tests are successful, uninstall the old printer apps:

    • RawBT

    • Quick Printer

  2. Uninstall the previous POS version if needed.

Tips:

  • Make sure the device has internet access for downloading.

  • Only uninstall old apps after testing the new setup.

  • Always double-check that all printers are working before finishing.

Installing Android System WebView (For Advanced Timekeeping)

If your POS uses advanced timekeeping, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Play Store

  • On the POS device, open the Google Play Store

Step 2: Search the App

  • Type Android System WebView in the search bar

Step 3: Download / Update

  • Tap Install

  • If already installed, tap Update

Step 4: Restart the Device

  • Reload the POS device to apply the changes

Reminder:

If you encounter a scenario where POS V3.apk does not work on a single-screen device. uninstall POS-SINGLE-V3.APK and install the POS-DUALS-V3.APK for single-screen devices, which can be found in the drive 2026-01-APK-V3-UTILITY folder.
